At AlpenMarkt we strive to give you high quality products that are made by us or by a valued production partner. If there is ever any issue, please contact us right away. For products that are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns. Please read the sizing information carefully before ordering.

Custom Product Orders Changes or Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or amend your products that are made to order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

Once your order has gone to production, it is considered non-refundable unless there are damages or quality issues. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues. 

Damage or Quality Issues

If for any reason our Quality Control missed something, or your item was damaged when you received it, please reach out to us within 30 days and give us the opportunity to make it right.

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. Please reply to your order confirmation email regarding a request for a return with a brief explanation and attach the photos clearly showing the product and the damage or quality issue.

Refund Policies

For products that are customized, personalized, or made-to-order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges except for those with damage or quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue, as outlined above regarding damage or quality issues. 

For products that are not customized, personalized, or made-to-order, please reply to your order confirmation email regarding a request for a return or exchange with a brief explanation on why you want to return the product.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. 

Domestic vs International Orders

AlpenMarkt ships to US addresses including APO, FPO, and any destination considered Domestic by USPS, FedEx, and UPS. However, shipping to locations outside of the contiguous United States generally takes a bit longer and we appreciate your patience. We do not offer International shipping at this time.
